Using bodyweight strength exercises in youth athletic programs is a sure fire way to increase athletic performance.
This twice a week body weight strength workout will increase muscle strength, strength endurance, core strength, posture and stability.
The program will advance to include jump and landing drills to keep young athletes safe through training and match play.
Increased strength through the hips and legs and mobility in the ankle increases speed and overall athleticism.
The program will also include a 10 min nightly mobility and stretching routine.
