This is a Complete 90 minute Junior Netball Specific Workshop that includes Warmup, Explosive Speed, Elevation, Footwork, Change of Direction and Cooldown.
Ranell presents these netball specific workshops all over the world and they are sold out well in advance.
There are only 16 places available for each session and they are graded for 12-13 and 14-15 years representative players to ensure individual attention to each participant. world.

Date of Clinics : Tuesday 1st October 2024 for 15= Metro/Prem League triallists only left open.
TIme : 1pm - 2.30pm
Location : Arthur Phillip High School, 102 Macarthur Street Parramatta (see map below).
Cost : $77 per attendee. 16 places only per session. Only 5 left !!!

- Indoor netball court with showers and toilets. On-site secure parking included.
