This is a Complete 2 hour Junior Netball Specific Workshop that includes Warmup, Explosive Speed, Elevation, Footwork, Change of Direction and Cooldown.
Ranell presents these netball specific workshops all over the world and they are sold out well in advance.
There are only 16 places available for each session and they are graded for 12-13 and 14-15 years representative players to ensure individual attention to each participant. world.
