RANELL'S APP BASED PERFORMANCE JUNIOR LEVEL ACCELERATED NETBALL PROGRAM - $27.50 / wk FOR 24/7 APP ACCESS
Welcome to Ranell's App-based Performance Program (RAPP) for Netball. This section is for the JUNIOR level programs.
It costs just $27.50 per week to have 24/7 access to both the fitness, bodyweight strength and the static stretching programs, delivered via her app to you on your choice of mobile devices. A new program drops every 3 week for each category. You will have access to the previous programs as well so there is no pressure to move on.
Simply fill out the form below and after completing payment you will automatically be enrolled into the program.
Once you have your access details simply head to the bottom of the 'My Dashboard' screen and you fill find your programs waiting for you via the 'programs' tab with the little dumb-bell icon. Press that and then select your desired session and get started. There is a user-guide attached to your welcome message and we are always here to help as well.

PROGRAM DETAILS :
There are 3 programs with a progression dropping every 3 weeks -
- Netball Juniors Main Program (1-4)
- Static Stretching Program (1-4)
- Bodyweight Strength Program (1-3)
The Main program consists of a Warm Up, Speed and Elevation exercises, Conditioning exercises and Core exercises.
The Bodyweight Strength program is a circuit based program that you can do anywhere as is the Stretching Program.
You will also have access to some incredibly important information pdfs such as :

- Total Recovery - Complete Mobilisations
- Conditioning Hits Ranells Way (extra fitness training challenges)
- Fluid Recovery and Hidration
- Intensive Lower Body Stretching Program (very popular).
There is everything that you need to be strong, athletic and fast on the netball court within these easy to follow programs.
You simply follow the instructions including video support to complete each drill. These instructions include sets, reps and rest time so you know exactly what to do each session.
